Archils Saperavi Wine - Dry Red - 13.5%

A dark ruby red wine made from 100% Saperavi grape.  Gentle and well balanced tones of ripe plum, cherry, pomegranate and blackberry resulting in a long, lasting finish. Produced using both ancient Georgian techniques and modern methods in Georgia’s preeminent wine region, Kakheti. 

Archils Rkatsiteli Orange Wine - Dry - 14.5%

High quality and biologically and ecologically clean Rkatsiteli grapes, grown for more than 40 years in Kakheti region, Tsinandali micro-zone. Amber coloured wine with a lively, velvety taste of apple, peach and dried fruits.

Khvanchkara Red Wine - Med Dry - 11.5%

A medium red wine from 50% Aleksandreuli and 50% Mujuretuli grape. Light ruby colour of this 2018 vintage, produced in Racha-Lechkhumi region, expresses natural sweetness and freshness of summer berries and caramel with pleasantly fruity finish.

Chateau Mukhrani Shavkapito Red Wine - Dry - 13%

100% Shavkapito grape of a 2018 vintage. This dry red is from the region of Kartli. Matured in oak, it’s full bodied with rich and fruity aromas of plum and mixed berries. Long and powerful finish with well-balanced, fruity tannins.  

Mukuzani Marani Red Wine - Med Dry - 13.5%

A 100% Saperavi grape, 2018 vintage from the Kakheti region. Dry, full bodied with a deep red colour and aromas of black cherry, dark chocolate and a sprinkle of vanilla and spice. Notable for generous richness and the strength of damson, which adds to a robust and long-lasting finish.

*Cheeses

Godminster Cheddar (200g)

Award winning, vegetarian cheese made in Somerset from pasteurised, organic cow’s milk. Firm-pressed with a smooth texture and a rich, creamy flavour that lingers on the tongue. 

Quicke’s Goats Cheddar (150g)

Made from pasteurised goat’s milk from Devon, matured for 6 months with a clean flavour and smooth texture.

Double Barrell Poacher (170g)

Lincolnshire cheese made from unpasteurised cow’s milk. Aged for 24 months, has a strong, rich and full-bodied savoury taste.

Balsamic caramelised onion chutney (100g)

Savoury, caramelised sweet and sticky red onion, blended with balsamic vinegar of Modena and extra virgin olive oil.

Fig and Apple (100g) 

From Snowdonia, sweet, juicy and tangy, enriched with zesty lemon.  

Spiced Tomato and Vodka (100g)

From Snowdonia, tangy yet subtle sensation of sun-dried tomatoes. With a little kick of premium French Vodka and spiciness to add to balance the rich flavour.

Miller Damsel Buttermilk (125g)

Artisan, tangy, creamy, thin & crispy, made from the goodness of natural ingredients: unbleached flour, buttermilk and butter.

Miller Damsel Charcoal Biscuits (125g)

Dark, crispy wafers made from stone ground flour, milled in England.
